i) As huge pressure from Loco Traffic Running Staff & NRMU Railway Administration continued the facility of 30% of Running Allowance as a Pay Element for the all benefits mentioned in the rule No. 25 of Running Allowance Rules-1981 as follows

a)      Entitlement  of Passes & PTOs

          b)      Medical Treatment

                 c)      Educational Assistance

                 d)      Pay Fixation to Stationary Posts

                 e)      CCA

                 f)       HRA

                  g)      Entitlement to Quarter

                     h)      Recovery of Rent for Quarter

                    i)        DA, Additional DA, DP

                    j)        OT

                 k)     Leave Salary

                   l)        PLB

                 m)    IR
